By C1 Staff NEWAYGO, Mich. โ Video surfaced of a corrections officer tasing an inmate is at the heart of a jail lawsuit. Inmate Victor Lamont Garcia is suing the Newaygo County Jail, its sheriff and four corrections officers after he was allegedly struck with a taser for no reason, according to FOX 17.
